As your coach, I commit to the following:
- I promise complete confidentiality.
- I will honor your authenticity and diversity.
- I will value your commitments, both supporting
you and challenging you in keeping them.
- I will not “sell out” on you by
buying into excuses or stories that limit your
potential.
- I will provide an objective perspective and
creative suggestions.
- I will keep you focused on the alignment between
your choices and what you create from them.
- I will celebrate your completed commitments
and provide insight and guidance on your incomplete
commitments.
- I will give you honest, constructive feedback.
- I accept your right to disagree.
- I will honor where you are now, yet I will
challenge and support you in what you want to
create.
- I promise to guide you through “breakdowns”
into “breakthroughs.”
- I honor your right to make your own choices,
to say “no,” or to change your mind.
- I accept your right to choose your values
and actions, knowing that, in the end, you are
100% responsible for manifesting your goals.
- I will expand your comfort zone.
