Are You a Match for Catalytic Coaching?

Not everyone is ready for Catalytic Coaching. If you are trying to convince yourself you are furthering yourself, just by saying you have a coach, to whom you pay money, but you not “doing the work”—I am not the coach for you.

I believe it is unethical to take money to coach you, if you are not willing to “do the work."

What “doing the work” means is:

• Being prepared for our time together.
• Being open to coaching.
• Being willing to get out of your comfort zone.
• Telling the truth.
• Being your authentic self.
• Keeping your commitments.
• Acknowledging when commitments are not kept.
• Being committed to your growth.

If you are not willing to “do the work” creating what you say you want in your life, then I am not the coach for you, and Catalytic Coaching is not for you.

I reserve the right to decline working with a client who seeks assistance with something that is not in line with integrity or ethics.
