Timing and Process
The length of our catalytic coaching partnership
depends on you and your goals. Sometimes you may
have short-term, project-oriented goals, while
at other times you may have deeper work to do
in order to manifest what you desire. Meaningful
changes take time.
Usually, we begin with a minimum of a three-month
commitment. Why three months? Because it has been
proven that unless we practice new habits for
at least 70 days, such new habits will not become
fully incorporated into our life.
